Our flexible cancellation policy

Feel at ease planning your trip with our flexible bookings options and cancellation policy.

  • Direct bookings can be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before arrival*
  • Any changes to existing bookings will be subject to availability and any rate differences

*Except bookings made with our non-refundable rate.
Guests who have booked through a travel agent, online booking platform or other third parties, we kindly ask to contact their booking provider directly.

The Netherlands:

Our restaurants and hotels are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Due to the new measures imposed by the government, a valid QR code from the CoronaCheck/Covid Safe Check app is no longer necessary as from 25 February 2022.

Please note that it is mandatory to wear a face mask in public transport and the airport.

Belgium:
Our restaurants and hotels are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 

Due to the new measures imposed by the government, a valid QR code from the CoronaCheck/Covid Safe Check app is no longer necessary as from 07 March 2022.

Please note that it is still mandatory to wear a face mask in pubic transport and the aiport. 

We clean our public areas on a very high frequency with hospital-grade disinfectant.

If you have a cold, sore throat or your temperature is higher than 37,5 degrees Celsius, we kindly ask you to stay at home and reschedule your stay.
