"The staff was very friendly, attentive, enthusiastic and knowledgeable; everything was done to pamper us. The breakfasts and Christmas dinner were very tasty. The whole hotel was beautifully decorated, something that reinforced the positive energy already there. We thought the location was great, within walking distance of the station and city centre.
