The Living – Winebar & Lounge – is the heart of the hotel where the warm welcome and the all-day dining services melt into a perfect setting to unwind after a day in Brussels. The soft colours invite you to browse the pages of a book, taste a fine dish or sip a glass of wine. Guests are kindly invited to relax in front of the fireplace, at the Welcome Table or around the striking Domestic Kitchen.
The Domestic Kitchen is headed by chef Trung Hoang. He earned his stripes at, among others, Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester 3 *in London, Va Doux Vent 1 * in Uccle and La Durée 2 *in Izegem. Trung enjoyed his education at Spermalie Hotelschool in Bruges and subsequently successfully obtained a diploma in bakery and patisserie. After wanderings in Paris, where he interned at restaurant A.T., and in London, he started a new chapter in our capital.
