Paul de Groote from Zeeland, formerly of Inter Scaldes, is the new chef at restaurant LOF in Ghent.
LOF, the fine-dining restaurant in Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Reylof in Ghent, welcomes Paul de Groote as the new Chef de Cuisine. With the arrival of the Zeeland chef, the restaurant gains a fresh face, and he recently introduced his first menu. Paul de Groote brings 20 years of experience from Inter Scaldes*** in Kruiningen.
