- What is the check‑in and check‑out time at Pillows Amsterdam?
You are welcome for check-in from 15.00 hrs. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check-out before 12.00 hrs. Arriving early? We are more than happy to store your luggage during the day.
- Are pets allowed at Pillows Amsterdam?
Yes, dogs up to 6 kg are welcome in Pillows Amsterdam. In our Luxury Room, the Living, and Spring Café Brasserie. A fee of 75 euro per dog, per day applies. Service dogs are of course permitted with the proper documentation. Would you like to know more? Please read our full dog policy here.

Yes, there is parking available. We offer valet parking for our underground parking garage at 80 euro per 24 hours (8 euro per hour, minimum of 2 hours). Simply stop in front of the hotel entrance, and we will be happy to park your car for you.
- Does Pillows Amsterdam have a gym or fitness center?
Yes, Pillows Amsterdam offers a modern and elegant gym. Work on your well-being with sustainable cardio and strength equipment by NOHrD, designed to feel as refined as the surroundings. The gym is open 24/7 and located on the lower ground floor, close to the Urban Spa.
